On the e-Library, you can search
GSA e-Library has a number of tools and features available that you may find useful for locating acquisition solutions for your procurement needs. The basic search tool is the most commonly used function, but you can find additional tools and features within e-Library.

You can search in several ways:
1. Search box – type in the keywords that describe what you are looking for, and e-Library will display the titles, descriptions, numbers, and business names that match your search.
2. Quick Search – Instantly locates a specific acquisition solution.
3. Total Solution Search – For complex requirements, this tool identifies “total solution” providers. Essentially, it is a way to browse different federal supply schedules and special item numbers (SINs) and return contractors who have contracts covering all of them. You can only search for Federal Supply Schedules with this search tool.
4. Contractor Directory (a-z) – You can search for contractors alphabetically in the database, if you already know the name of a business or if you only know what letter it begins with.
5. Category Guide – This section organizes solutions into categories for easy reference.
6. Schedule contracts – includes a comprehensive listing of active GSA and VA Federal Supply Schedules.
7. Technology contracts – shows all information technology products and services available from GSA.
8. State and Local Governments – Cooperative Purchasing and Disaster Purchasing is the two parts of this section. This directory provides a full listing of contractors who are interested in selling to local and state governments.
